BIG NEWS: Women’s Weekend is Coming at You Twice in 2025!
That’s right—we’re back with not one, but TWO amazing Women's Weekend events in 2025! After seeing the magic of both WWRR and WWRR Too in 2024, you let us know that you need multiple opportunities to come together. Let’s be real: we don’t take enough time for ourselves. We spend our days putting everyone else first. Well, we’ve got your back! The organizers of Women's Weekend have heard you, and appreciate your survey feedback, and we know what you need—and we’re making sure you get it!
2024 was a massive success, and we learned a lot as we scaled up. Attendees were raving about how much fun they had and promised to bring their friends in 2025 because the energy was off the charts. WWRR Too also had a special magic—while it was more intimate, the connections were deep, and the energy was undeniable. People walked away feeling like they really got to connect and bond with others in the community. These experiences showed us just how important these weekends are, and we’re taking everything we learned to bring you an even better 2025!
Here’s what’s in store for 2025:
WWRR (May 15-18): Get ready for 4 epic, action-packed days of non-stop fun! It’s a massive festival filled with activities, multiple parties, and more events than you can handle. From morning 'til late night, it's going to be an unforgettable ride!
WWRR Too (August 15-17): Want something a bit more laid-back? We’ve got you covered with a summer send-off that’s all about vibes—but don’t worry, we’re still bringing the parties, shows, and high-energy fun. It’s just a little more chill, with the same top-quality DJs and entertainers.
Mark your calendar NOW for one or both, and start dusting off your boogying shoes, prepping your best outfits, and grabbing your sunscreen! These aren’t just events—they’re life-changing weekends full of love, laughter, and friendships that last a lifetime.

Approximately 75 miles north of San Francisco lies Guerneville, the largest town along the Russian River (population 3,500).
Within the three block square downtown, you’ll find restaurants, shops, taverns, and a fully stocked Safeway supermarket. A block or two off the main road, you’ll find a handful or resorts that cater specifically to gay clientele.
Transportation: To get to Guerneville, having a car is helpful. You can use public transportation, but it's not easy or convenient. Once you are at ‘the River’ (as it is also known) you don’t necessarily need a car, but having one will help you explore the stunningly beautiful countryside. Rent a bicycle in town (available seasonally), but be aware that much of the terrain is very hilly and the roads are narrow. Accommodations: Women’s Weekend attendees stay at the nearby resorts or at one of the many area houses, apartments or rooms available for short-term rental. Please be aware that some locations have minimum stay requirements and most are booked well in advance. Women’s Weekend attendees are responsible for their own accommodations. All of the Women’s Weekend hosted events are inclusive events for all LGBTQIA+ femmes and women, including but not limited to trans women, trans men, non-binary, and gender-queer folks.
