Women’s Weekend Russian River (WWRR) serves as a celebratory kick-off to summer, uniting LGBTQIA+ women from all walks of life to revel in community and connection. Nestled in the supportive town of Guerneville, California, WWRR stands as the sole weekend dedicated exclusively to queer women in the region.
Inclusivity is at the heart of WWRR—welcoming all LGBTQIA+ women and queer femmes, including trans women, trans men, non-binary, and genderqueer individuals.

Jodi Goldstein (aka Miss Shugana)
Meet Shug, the co-owner and producer of Women’s Weekend and Shug-Dogg Productions. She is a dynamo with over two decades of corporate experience and a knack for event production. As the producer of WWRR, Shug steers the ship, crafting unforgettable experiences for all.
A seasoned performer, Shug shines as a proud Drag Queen (of the Faux variety - she is a woman). Her accolades include winning the San Francisco Faux Queen pageant in 2017 and serving as Grand Duchess of San Francisco by community election.
As co-owner of Shug-Dogg Productions, she effortlessly exudes professionalism and creativity, Shug dazzles both on and off the stage. [pronouns: she/her always]

Tressa Young (aka Madd-Dogg 20/20)
You may already know and love Tressa/Madd-Dogg 20/20, theo co-owner and producer of Women’s Weekend and Shug-Dogg Productions.
Dogg brings nearly 30 years of experience in the construction business to the onsite execution of WWRR, ensuring that every detail is meticulously coordinated for a seamless event experience.
Dogg is dedicated to pushing Drag Kings into the spotlight of the mainstream scene, solidifying his position as a trailblazer in the community. He brings his boundless passion and nearly two decades of performing experience to the forefront. With multiple titles under his belt and the honor of being voted Bay Area Best Drag King numerous times, Dogg's energy and swagger are unmatched. [pronouns: she/her out of drag; he/him in drag]

Together, Shug & Dogg are not just a powerhouse pair on stage – they are also life partners who have broken down barriers and paved the way for others in the LGBTQIA+ community. They are thrilled and honored to be at the helm of this transformative event, and are dedicated to rebuilding a vibrant, diverse, and inclusive community.
As the producers, Shug and Dogg infuse every aspect of Women's Weekend with their passion and commitment to creating an unforgettable experience. Their vision is to craft an event so incredibly fun and inclusive that women from across the land flock to it year after year.

Sydni Deveraux
Meet Sydni Deveraux, the Director of Marketing & Entertainment for WWRR. Known globally as "The Glorious and Golden Glamazon," Sydni is a 2-time award winner at the prestigious Burlesque Hall of Fame in Las Vegas, Nevada. With a career spanning over a decade and well over a thousand shows under her shimmy belt, Sydni's captivating performances have dazzled audiences near and far. Originally from Seattle, WA, she now calls the Bay Area her home and shares her passion for burlesque as both a private online instructor and a faculty member at Flux Vertical Theatre in Berkeley, CA.
Sydni's influence extends beyond the stage; her tireless efforts in managing WWRR's marketing and advertising have made a significant impact, revitalizing the event's social presence and helping to rebuild its community. With her keen eye for branding and strategic approach to online engagement, Sydni has amplified WWRR's reach and visibility, ensuring that its mission and message resonate far and wide. Alongside her partner, Seven (aka Butch Charming), Sydni co-manages 2:31 Productions, bringing her expertise in production and hosting to stages across the country. [pronounces: she/her]

Seven Bailey (aka Butch Charming)
Introducing Butch Charming, the Director of Entertainment Operations for WWRR and a multifaceted force in the world of burlesque. Known for their skill, intelligence, and charisma both on and off the stage, Seven is a welder, public speaker, and entrepreneur by day, and a producer, stage manager, and emcee by night.
With over a decade of experience in the industry, Seven's stage presence as the Charmismatic Compere is unmatched. Affectionately dubbed "The Dollar Daddy of Burlesque," Seven's theatrical tipping techniques have provided vital support to performers worldwide.
Together with Sydni Deveraux, Seven co-manages 2:31 Productions, where they continue to elevate and celebrate the art of burlesque. [pronouns: he/they]

Angelique
Meet Angelique, our beloved Guerneville Advisor & Marketplace and Volunteer Program Manager, whose infectious energy and deep roots in the community make her an invaluable asset to Women's Weekend Russian River.
As a cherished member of the Russian River Sisters and co-producer of Purple Stardust Productions, Angelique's commitment to community building and advocacy knows no bounds. Her boundless enthusiasm and unwavering support for her community have earned her a special place in the hearts of all who know her.
A true embodiment of joy and inclusivity, Angelique's laughter can be heard echoing throughout the River, spreading warmth and love wherever she goes. As a Fierce Fat Femme, she leads by example, uplifting marginalized voices and championing diversity in all its forms.
In her role as Guerneville Advisor, Angelique draws upon her extensive connections and intimate knowledge of the area to ensure that Women's Weekend Russian River remains deeply rooted in the spirit of Guerneville. As our Queer Marketplace Manager, she brings her passion for community-driven initiatives to life, curating a vibrant marketplace that celebrates LGBTQIA+ artisans and entrepreneurs. Luke Modelo
Meet Luke Modelo, your local lovable drag king who literally calls Guerneville home. With his warm presence and charismatic performances, Luke has become a familiar face at Women's Weekend, delighting audiences year after year. With his infectious energy and engaging stage presence, he's sure to quench your thirst for entertainment.
Beyond the stage, Luke plays a vital role as our Guerneville Advisor & Digital Technology Manager. He ensures that we maintain strong connections with the local community and businesses, representing their interests and ensuring that our event aligns with the spirit of Guerneville.
Additionally, Luke serves as our Technical Lead, leveraging his expertise to guide us in enhancing the event experience. With a keen understanding of digital accessibility and a knack for all things tech-related, Luke brings innovation to the forefront, ensuring our event is as tech-savvy as possible. Dyops
Meet DYOPS, the Sound Production Manager for WWRR who has the honor of DJing dance parties for Women’s Weekend for the past three years. She makes sure that all of our sound needs are covered and is the liaison with our outside sound vendors. DYOPS is the founder and DJ for LUSH, a monthly dance party for the LGBTQIA+ community at Vintage Space in Santa Rosa. She is proud to create an inclusive space where everyone can let loose, express themselves, and come together to celebrate their love for music and each other.
DYOPS has performed at renowned festivals and venues throughout California such as Lightning in a Bottle, Northern Nights, Eastern Sierra Pride, Petaluma Pride, Petaluma Music Festival, and Railroad Square Music Festival to name a few. With an eclectic taste in music, her sets range from hip hop and house to Afrobeats and dubstep, and everything in between.
She has an innate understanding of what makes people move and groove and ensures an unforgettable experience filled with euphoria and pure musical bliss. Whether it's a packed club or an outdoor stage under starry skies, DYOPS knows how to work her magic and turn any event into a celebration.
In addition to being a DJ and event producer, DYOPS also manages talented singer-songwriter Erica Ambrin, her life partner.
