Getting There
Women’s Weekend Russian River is not responsible for finding accommodations or transportation for event attendees.
We invite you to visit the Housing & Ride Share Forum for attendees and those interested to offer or share information on rooms and housing for rent and rideshares for the weekend in hopes that everyone who wants to attend can find a nearby place to stay or way to get there.
Not long ago, Guerneville was a sleepy forested hideaway best known for spectacular natural wonders like majestic redwood trees and the meandering Russian River. Today, the tiny town 90 miles north of San Francisco remains one of Sonoma County’s natural jewels and a prime example of the region’s accepting West Coast vibe—but it’s also become a cutting-edge dining destination and burgeoning resort retreat.

On Public Transportation from the Bay Area
For those without a car, we recommend using the Golden Gate Bridge Route 101 Bus, which starts from Salesforce Transit Center. There are two recommended routes from there:
Get off at Santa Rosa Transit Mall and connect to the Sonoma County Route 20 Bus (to Monte Rio). Take that all the way to the Guerneville (Bank of America stop), and walk two blocks to R3; or
Get off at Piner and Industrial (the last stop for 101) and take a rideshare directly to the R3.
You can use your Clipper card for the Route 101 bus; it takes approximately 1 hour to get to Santa Rosa and costs $14.
